It's fantastic to hear that the AFL's fan turnout, live streaming, and social media views have been 'beyond expectations' this season. That kind of engagement is incredibly valuable, especially for a not-for-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to providing high-calibre opportunities for athletes outside USport institutions. It truly speaks to the passion and dedication of everyone involved. Maintaining and building on that momentum, while ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency for a volunteer-led league, can often present unique strategic challenges. Exploring effective strategic planning frameworks for sports organizations can be key to navigating these complexities and securing long-term success.
